Hi Din, I haven’t tried this, but I’ve read you can freeze the dough for a couple weeks and they still turn out great, and you can also freeze the baked cookies for up to 2 months in the freezer.

Hi,
Is the cookie dough still good if after the rest period, you freeze the leftover dough for a week or two? I’d like to make a batch and keep half in the freezer so the next time I want them, it’ll be faster and easier.

These look awesome and totally worth the wait. Suggest using Trader Joe’s Pure Bourbon Vanilla – it is the best I have found.
